Step by step

1. Set lane position and power.
2. Roll into the rack.
3. A strike ends a normal frame; otherwise roll again.
4. The tenth can earn bonus rolls.

Controls

Lane-position/power sliders and Roll ball. On a smaller screen, keep the active part of the board within view. Avoid pressing the same control repeatedly while a move is being processed.

A useful example

A strike followed by rolls of 4 and 5 makes the strike frame worth 19. An ordinary frame of 4 and 5 is worth 9. Focus on why the action is allowed, not only its outcome. Keep the game’s format in mind.

Watch out for this

Bonus-dependent frames may not yet have a confirmed total. Take a moment to reassess the position before continuing. Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use.
